Purpose

Through cultivating connection and presence, inner noise is reduced and the body’s signals become readable again. The purpose of this reset, is to restore a deeper connection with the body’s actual needs.

Yoga builds presence, awareness, strength, flexibility and nervous system regulation. Food is wisdom and these dietary guidelines provide building blocks and clarity through specific eliminations. Together, they expose unconscious patterns and automatic habits and make aligned action possible.

About the Teachers

Emma Eva Preisler

Emma is a Certified Doula (CD), Certified Lactation Counsellor (CLC), and an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 750+). Her background includes extensive training in Hatha Yoga, pranayama, pre- and postnatal yoga, pelvic floor integration, Zen Shiatsu, Vipassana meditation, and birth and postpartum support.

Her teaching focuses on creating stability, presence, and embodied awareness through movement and breath. Emma guides practice in a way that calms reactivity, increases internal clarity, and supports the body in integrating functional change. 

Emma holds regular Yoga and Pranayama classes in her own shala in Palermo. She works with private clients, hosts yoga retreats, and offers 1:1 yoga support, pregnancy and birth support as a doula, and postpartum and breastfeeding care.

Nilla Gunnarsson

Nilla is an author of three books, she is a Certified Nutrition and Health Consultant, NLP Master Coach, Breakthrough Coach, and certified Food and Beverage Manager. Her background includes years of professional work as a chef and head of kitchen, which gives her a practical foundation in food, ingredients, and real-world nutrition.

For the past 12 years she has specialised in functional and individualized nutrition, providing courses and online coaching; teaching how and what symptoms communicate, and how to restore stability through food, knowledge and daily structure. Her training also includes yoga teacher training and advanced studies in Ayurveda, raw food, paleo nutrition, and plant-based culinary practices.

This course helps you build real awareness around how you move, eat, and relate to your body in everyday life. Through daily yoga and a structured nutritional reset, you will explore:

– How your system responds when you eat in a way that supports health
– What thoughts, patterns, and beliefs you carry about food
– How you eat — not just what you eat
– What truly lies behind cravings, impulses, and routines

 

About the Yoga

The daily 60 min morning Vinyasa practice is based in the Hatha and Pranayama tradition and structured around the Sun Salutation with the purpose to activate the entire body, lengthen and strengthen and support regulation, presence, and connection.

The practices are gentle but effective, helping your nervous system settle so the body can respond to nutritional changes and internal signals with greater precision, while also clearing out old physical and mental obstacles held in the body.

About the Food

The reset diet is anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar balancing, and supportive of a healthy gut microbiome. It’s built on whole, natural ingredients and structured in a way that can be followed for life — not a temporary cleanse or short-term fix.

You’ll eat nourishing, satisfying meals based on:

  • clean protein sources (plant-based and/or animal protein)
  • a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, roots 
  • slow, nutrient-rich carbohydrates
  • healthy, supportive fats

During the reset, we exclude foods that commonly drive inflammation or destabilize the system, including:
- refined sugar
- gluten and some grains
- dairy
- alcohol
- caffeine (eliminate or minimize)

This way of eating is simple, grounding, and deeply supportive of real health. It focuses on original, high-quality ingredients prepared at home, in combinations that stabilise energy, digestion, and inflammation.

You’ll learn how to listen to your body, observe what nourishes you, and recognise which foods create clarity - and which create noise. Over time, these patterns become the foundation for long-term wellbeing and a natural, enjoyable relationship with food.

The recipes can be adapted to be plant-based if you choose or include animal protein. Your choice.
