This service gives you a qualified and precise analysis of your body’s current state — without needing to book a session. Everything is based on a detailed, carefully designed questionnaire that you complete immediately after purchase.

You don’t receive a generic meal plan, but a personal document that helps you understand exactly how your body functions in relation to food, nutrients, energy, symptoms and lifestyle. I conduct a thorough, holistic functional-medicine analysis of around 10 health domains and create a nutrient-calculated plan based entirely on your individual needs — not on ideals or trends.

You complete a health questionnaire right after purchase. Once your answers are received, I conduct an individual analysis and create your personal health report and nutrient-calculated meal plan with sample recipes (PDF format).
